If health is wealth, and your sexuality is part of your health, what do you know about being eco-conscious and healthy in your sexual expression?
This course brings attention to our relationship with our bodies. Besides addressing what you can do to feel good about yourself, it also highlights positive self-care habits, and includes being savvy about the purchase of personal care items including sex toys and lubricants.
This course aims to impart information on self-care, sex toys and sexual lubricants, as well as inspire you to take small steps towards being an Eco Sexual!
Your Instructor
A born and bred Singaporean Chinese, Dr. Martha Tara Lee is Relationship Counselor and Clinical Sexologist of Eros Coaching. She has a Doctorate in Human Sexuality, Masters in Counselling and two other degrees. In practice since 2009, Dr. Lee is Clinical Sexologist of Singapore Cancer Society. She was recognised as one of ‘Top 50 Inspiring Women under 40’ by Her World in July 2010, and one of ‘Top 100 Inspiring Women’ by CozyCot in March 2011.
